EPI-CATCH is a COST Action (CA 19125) whose aim is to generate, share and develop new knowledge and methodologies to study the role of epigenetic mechanisms in the adaptation of plants to their environment in the context of global warming.
The 5th conference of the EPI-CATCH COST Action, to be held in Bordeaux from the 10th to the 12th of July 2024, will provide the opportunity to present the latest research in the field of epigenetic regulation and memory of plants facing environmental stresses, considering both somatic memory and inter/transgenerational inheritance of epigenetic information.
The conference will address the following topics:
Plant epigenetic responses to environmental stresses
Priming and epigenetic memories of stresses in crops
Epigenetic regulations in plants interacting with organisms
Epigenetics of organisms in interaction with plants
Harnessing epigenetic diversity: natural or induced epigenetic diversity and possible applications
