Registration deadline extended to 25th of June 2024

There is no registration fee, but registration is mandatory to attend the conference.

Registration covers the all conference from the 10th to the 12th of July and includes.

• participation to scientific activities
• coffee breaks
• welcome cocktail
• visit of a "Wine Chateau"

Registration for a single day is not possible.

Registration for online attendance is also possible, and  free of charge, please choose "online attendee" registrant category. The zoom link will be provided only to registered attendees.

To attend each lunch and the gala dinner you need to select them during the registration process, and pay on line for the corresponding cost. Registration for lunches and gala diner will not be possible during the meeting.

Lunches are organized at the conference venue each day at midday and will take place in the "Badiane room" or in the "cloister and entrance hall".

The gala dinner will take place at "Chateau Couhins" after the visit of a Winery.

Different fees for the gala dinner will apply depending on the attendee categories.

• COST guest (Financed by the COST EPICATCH): MC members, keynote, invited and selected from abstract speakers: full rate for the gala dinner and lunches.
• Regular attendees (not financed by the COST EPICATCH): Gala dinner is free, but registration is mandatory; Full rate applies for lunches.
  
• Accompanying person: the accompanying person will have to select the lunches and gala dinner they want to attend and pay the corresponding cost.

Important note for abstract submitter:

Do not register until you get an e-mail confirmation your abstract has been selected for a  talk, or not.

• If you are selected for an oral communication, you will have to choose  the "COST guest" category,
• If you are selected for a poster, you will have to choose  the "regular attendee" category.

In both cases, considering the peak season (July), it is advisable to anticipate your accommodation booking. You can find some suggestions here.

Payment method:

Only online and by credit card (with Paybox secured site).

Some users reported they weren't not able to complete their registration at the payment stage, receiving a message "Incohérence des paramètres. Accès refusé". This is maybe due to the user's institution network blocking the payment transaction on Paybox/Verifone secured website.

If you are concerned, please try to proceed with the payment outside your institution network, for instance on your mobile or private home network. It should work as reported by many usrs facing the blocking issue.

Cancellation: no reimbursement is possible in case of cancellation

Certificate of attendance

An attendance certificate will be issued on demand to each participant.
