Welcome coktail: cloister and entrance hall, Wednesday 10/07/2024, 11:30am-1:30pm.

Lunches: room Badiane, Wednesday 10th,Thursday 11th and Friday 12th of July 2024 from 12:00am to 2:00pm.

Visit: 2 buses will drive you to selected vineyards on Thursday 11th of July 2024 (4:10pm-7:00pm). Go the to the bus corresponding to your color (assigned during registration). Buses will drive to the gala dinner immediatly after the visits.

• COST guests = yellow flag: visit Chateau Pape Clément
  
• Regular attendees = no flag: visit Domaine du Luchey
  

Gala dinner: will take place at Chateau Couhins on Thursday 11th of July 2024 (from 8:00pm) directly after the vineyard visits. Buses will drive back to the the conference venue after the gala dinner.
