Instructions for Speakers:

Talks will take place in the AGORA amphitheater which is fully equipped with a standard audio-visual package setup. A video system is also available for online connexions.

Please prepare a powerpoint (.pptx) and a .pdf file for your presentation so as to avoid eventual compatibility issues. 

Presentation will be uploaded as soon as possible and before your session at the latest. Make sure you bring your presentation at the coffee break before your session, at least 15 minutes before the session begins to have enough time to upload your powerpoint and pdf presentations. You will also have to control that your presentation displays as expected.

All presentations are in English

• Each Keynote session lasts 30minutes. We recommend a maximum of 25 minutes for the presentation to allow sufficient time for questions.
• Invited talks last 20 minutes. We recommend a maximum of 15 minutes for the presentation to allow sufficient time for questions.
• Short talks last 5 or 10 minutes. We recommend a maximum of 8 or 4 minutes for the presentation to allow sufficient time for question

You might receive specific instructions from your session chair as to how your presentation is scheduled during your session
